Holly Mad-as-Sin, #1GF, joined VCDD in January of 2011, never realizing how big of a community the Roller Derby was. Every time she puts her skates on she gives it all she has and she has come so far. She is currently skating for the Hellion Wheels travel team and is on the Brass Knuckle Betties intraleague team. Derby isn’t easy, It takes more than just skating but the sweat is worth it. Holly is on the events committee and enjoys planning fun filled events for the league that everyone, including people who don’t play the game, can enjoy. She puts everyone’s thoughts and concerns first when coming up with a game plan. She is also a NSO, so you can count on her to get clarification of any rules issue. If you thought you were the best girlfriend, you can bet she’ll prove that she’s really the #1GF.
